Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT: please contact us to arrange the return before sending it to us.

Refunds

We will notify you to confirm safe receipt of your returned item(s). We will then notify you again regarding the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit/credit card (or original method of payment).

Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the credit within a set time period — usually 5–10 working days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless your return is due to receiving a faulty item, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
